With billions of email accounts worldwide, email has become a necessary aid to life in a community. With little cost to send important information, meaning it can be relayed across the hemisphere and received almost spontaneously. Unlike phoning the recipient doesn't need to be available at the time of send but can access the information hours or days later from any computer in the world with a internet connection, whenever they have time. Email is used widely throughout the community in shops and businesses to send information to clients such as deals and important dates. this means that the communty can function much easier. For example, often in local clubs such as football or judo clubs ther are changes in times or the session has been canceled. Using ICT the club instructor can inform the attendants easily and reduce the hardship of people going all the way to the venue only to realise it has been cancled.
